Last updated: July 2026
The Borders Music Festival is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard and continually work to improve the accessibility of our site.
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on bordersmusicfestival.com:
While we strive to meet accessibility standards, we are aware that some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:
Our website uses third-party services including Eventin (event management), WPForms (contact and registration forms) and Mailchimp (newsletter signup). While we select tools that aim to meet accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the full accessibility of all third-party content.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on our website, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:
We aim to respond to accessibility queries within 5 working days.
The Equality Act 2010 requires public bodies to make reasonable adjustments so disabled people can access services. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) for further advice and support.
If you wish to make a formal complaint about the accessibility of this website, please contact us in writing:
